Prompted by the recent release of “Wake Up,” the collaborative album by John Legend and The Roots, we are offering “Used to Love U,” a modern classic off of John Legend’s debut album, “Get Lifted.” Those of you new to the a cappella scene may be interested to know that John Legend sang with The Counterparts, a coed a cappella group from the University of Pennsylvania.

The mastering on the track was once again done by Dave Sperandio (diovoce.net).
