About | Meet the Overboard guys
jeff
Jeff, the most baritone of the Overboard basses, started his music career deep in the woods of Maine and pursued acappella throughout high school and college. He was a founding member of Simple Harmonic Motion from WPI and graduated on time (yes, Dave, it is possible) even though he was routinely late for classes due to singing related "social activities.
After college Jeff joined the vocal band Integration by Parts, persevering through several incarnations of the group and various members. IBP is where Jeff met his wife, Sara (down ladies), who is much more musically talented than he. Luckily he has her beat both in weight class and towing capacity.
Scott invited Jeff to audition for Overboard: quote, "I know a guy..." Due to the lack of talented basses in Boston the group decided to accept a bass impersonator and take away his microphone and effects pedals. When not signing with Overboard, Jeff works at a company that helps students move from high school to college (in the applications sense, not the furniture one).
